Gacía route 2: Rambla Parrica

We intend to be a platform where the food and natural products that, in a traditional way, are found in the province of Almería are made known.

Therefore, we are going to show the resources of the countryside, the food and natural products that Almería offers us. Similarly, we will expose the customs and traditions rooted for its development. Moreover, probably many of them you already knew but, without a doubt, they remained in oblivion. For this reason, we will review all of them.

In short, it is about a return to the traditional and old customs, that is, to recover and maintain the experiences and knowledge that are inherited from generation to generation. Therefore, to maintain these traditions, obviously, we must also create something new. Consequently, tradition and novelty will overlap into one.

Do you want to grow with us and make your products and natural foods know?

In fact, we want to be a tool for all those producers and artisans, who want to give out and knowledge of their daily efforts. Likewise, we want to serve as a link between consumers and producers. We will be delighted to be able to count on you in this initiative.

In addition, we will introduce you to natural routes and trails around Almería. Therefore, we will upload to the blog and to out section “Routes and trails” all those that we are doing. In the same way, we will show you places to find edible wild plants.

However, in the blog or sections of our website, you may come across data or information that you considerer to be not correct or exact. Of course, if this is the case and you are willing to help us, you can tell us and we will  immediately proceed to correct our errors.
